Taq polymerase solution – 2 tubes (500 µl each)

Positive control sample – 1 tube (130 µl)

Packing S – Tubes:

Amplification mix sealed with paraffin – 96 tubes (20 µl each)
Taq polymerase solution – 2 tubes (500 µl each)

Packing S – 0.5 ml Tubes:

Amplification mix sealed with paraffin – 100 tubes (20 µl each)

PCR buffer (background) – 1 tube (200 µl)
Mineral oil – 2 tubes (1.0 ml each)
Positive control sample – 1 tube (130 µl)
