2. End-Point Fluorescent PCR Detection

Package S:

Amplification mix sealed with paraffin - 100 tubes × 20 µl
Taq polymerase solution - 2 tubes × 500 µl

Mineral oil - 2 tubes × 1.0 ml

3. PCR Detection via Gel Electrophoresis
