1. PCR Mix-1
A clear, colorless solution containing:

Clear, colorless liquid (Fermentas, USA) — 5 U/µL

4. TE Buffer
Clear, colorless solution containing:

  • Tris-HCl (Amresco, USA) — 10 mmol
  • Na2-EDTA (Amresco, USA) — 1 mmol

5. Positive Control DNA Sample of F. tularensis
Clear aqueous solution containing F. tularensis DNA at a concentration of 1 ng
