The “AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN®-Aerobes” reagent kit is intended for the qualitative detection of DNA from Enterobacteria, Staphylococci, and Streptococci using PCR for in vitro diagnostics. Manufactured according to TU 9398-022-09286667-2014.
The kit is available in three configurations:
Configuration 1
Includes the "PCR Kit" version FRT-100, comprising:
- FLOROSCREEN-Aerobes PCR mix (wax-sealed)
- PCR Buffer-K
- K1 complex
- K2 complex
- K- (Negative Control)
Designed for 110 amplification reactions, including control samples.
A disk with the operator manual and version 1.0 software in Microsoft Excel format for automatic data processing and result generation is included.
Configuration 2
Includes the "PCR Kit" version FRT-100 FN, comprising:
- FLOROSCREEN-Aerobes PCR mix
- PCR Buffer-N
- K1 complex
- K2 complex
- K- (Negative Control)
Designed for 110 amplification reactions, including control samples.
Comes with a disk containing the operator manual and version 1.0 Excel-based software for automated processing and result interpretation.
Configuration 3
Includes the "PCR Kit" version FRT-L, comprising:
- FLOROSCREEN-Aerobes-Lyo PCR mix (lyophilized)
- K1 complex
- K2 complex
- K- (Negative Control)
- Elution Buffer B
Designed for 96 amplification reactions, including control samples.
Includes a disk with the operator manual and Excel-based software (version 1.0) for automatic processing of initial data and result generation.
