This reagent kit is designed for the detection of DNA from sexually transmitted infection pathogens, including Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma species, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Candida albicans, Gardnerella vaginalis, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, and human papillomavirus types 16 and 18. Detection is performed using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method (RealBest PCR-12 STIs) according to TU 21.20.23-079-23548172-2019.
