The IPCR-LF reagent kit is intended for the detection of the anthrax pathogen lethal factor using the immuno-PCR method, in accordance with TU 9398-187-78095326-2013.

Control DNA template for real-time PCR amplification – 1 vial (10 µL)
Control sample of recombinant lethal factor protein (0.01 mg/mL) – 1 vial (100 µL)
Tween-20 – 1 vial (300 µL)
Primer 1 for real-time PCR amplification, 5 pmol – 1 vial (300 µL)
Primer 2 for real-time PCR amplification, 5 pmol – 1 vial (150 µL)
