This reagent kit is designed for the detection and differentiation of Shigella spp., enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), Salmonella spp., thermophilic Campylobacter spp., Adenovirus group F, Rotavirus group A, Norovirus genotype 2, and Astrovirus in environmental samples and clinical material. The analysis is performed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescent detection.

The kit, marketed under the name “AmpliSens® OKI Screen-FL,” complies with TU 9398-057-01897593-2009, variant FEP/FRT.
