The Bru-Dif-RGF reagent kit is intended for the identification and differentiation of Brucella strains, the causative agent of brucellosis, using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in accordance with TU 21.20.23-055-01898109-2018.

The kit includes the following components:

• PCR Mix-1 – 1 vial, 0.25 ml
• PCR Mix-2 – 1 vial, 0.25 ml
• PCR Mix-RGF – 2 vials, 0.5 ml each
• Solvent – 1 vial, 1.0 ml
• Taq DNA Polymerase – 1 vial, 0.04 ml
• TE Buffer – 3 vials, 1.0 ml each
• Brucella DNA Positive Control (PCO DNA) – 4 vials, 0.1 ml each

This diagnostic kit is designed for laboratory use in molecular genetic analysis and enables high-sensitivity detection of Brucella DNA in real-time.
