The AmpliSens® Genoscreen-IL28B-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) rs8099917 and rs12979860 in the Interleukin-28B (IL28B) gene in clinical material. The analysis is performed using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection, in compliance with TU 9398-201-01897593-2012.

The kit is manufactured in one format (FRT) and is available in four package configurations:
