The “DS-ELISA-ANTI-CMV-M” kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) system for the detection of IgM class antibodies to cytomegalovirus (CMV), manufactured in compliance with TU 9398-064-05941003-2015.

• Immunosorbent — detachable polystyrene microplate coated with CMV antigens (1 plate)

• K+ — positive control sample (1 vial, 1.2 ml)
• K− — negative control sample (1 vial, 2.5 ml)
• BR — blocking solution for serum dilution (1 vial, 11.0 ml)
• PRS — preliminary serum dilution solution (1 vial, 11.0 ml)
• WR — wash buffer (1 vial, 50.0 ml)
• Stop reagent (1 vial, 25.0 ml)
• TMB substrate solution (1 vial, 14.0 ml)
• Plate for preliminary serum dilution (1 plate)
