Onyx Liquid Embolic System (LES)

The Onyx Liquid Embolic System (LES) is designed for safe and effective endovascular embolization procedures. Each system configuration includes embolic material, DMSO solvent, sterile syringes, and optional catheter interface adapters.

System Configurations

Variant 1: Model 105-7000-060

Onyx-18 LES embolic material (6% EVOH) in sterile vial (1.5 ml) – 1 pc.
DMSO solvent in sterile vial (1.5 ml) – 1 pc.
Sterile syringe for Onyx LES delivery (1 ml) – 2 pcs.
Sterile syringe for DMSO (1 ml) – 1 pc.
Instructions for use – 1 copy.

Optional: Onyx syringe-to-catheter interface adapter, model 103-1207:

Adapter – 20 pcs.
Instructions for adapter use – 1 copy.

Variant 2: Model 105-7000-080

Onyx-34 LES embolic material (8% EVOH) in sterile vial (1.5 ml) – 1 pc.
DMSO solvent in sterile vial (1.5 ml) – 1 pc.
Sterile syringe for Onyx LES delivery (1 ml) – 2 pcs.
Sterile syringe for DMSO (1 ml) – 1 pc.
Instructions for use – 1 copy.

Optional: Onyx syringe-to-catheter interface adapter, model 103-1207:
