The IsoAmp SARS-CoV-2 reagent kit is designed for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA through reverse transcription isothermal amplification. The kit is available in two configurations: "Base" and "Express".

SARS-CoV-2 Reaction Mix – 1 tube (750 μL)
IC Reaction Mix – 1 tube (750 μL)
IsoAmp-OT Enzyme – 1 tube (110 μL)
Dye – 1 tube (70 μL)
Positive Control (PC) – 1 tube (100 μL)
Internal Control (IC) – 1 tube (lyophilized)
Reconstitution Buffer – 1 tube (800 mL)
