In vitro reagent kits are designed for the qualitative detection of DNA of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The products are manufactured in accordance with Technical Specifications TU 9398-012-40371634-2011.

Method

Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).

I. Amplification Reagent Kit (NM Real-Time MTB Amplification Reagent Kit)

• Internal Control – thermostable AmpliTaq Gold DNA polymerase (5.4–5.9 U/µL) in buffer solution, 0.14 ml, 1 vial.
• Synthetic oligonucleotides (Oligo Mix) – intended for amplification of mycobacterial DNA.

II. Control Kit (NM Real-Time MTB Control Kit)

• Positive Control – used to verify amplification efficiency.
• Negative Control – buffer solution for contamination control, 0.1 ml, 8 vials.

III. Consumables

• Inactivation Reagent (NM Real-Time MTB Inactivation Reagent) – solution containing isopropyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide with disinfectant properties, 1 L, 1 bottle.
• Inactivation Reagent (NM Real-Time MTB Inactivation Reagent) – solution containing isopropyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide, 1 L, 5 bottles.
• Inactivation Reagent (NM Real-Time MTB Inactivation Reagent) – solution containing isopropyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide, 100 ml, 1 bottle.
