This enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) system is designed for the detection of the tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) antigen.

Kit No. 1

• IG – Immunosorbent: 1 ampule, 1.0 ml
• KA+ – Positive control sample: 1 ampule, 0.5 ml
• KA- – Negative control sample: 1 ampule, 0.5 ml
• Conjugate (concentrate): 1 ampule, 0.5 ml
• KBBx20 – 20× carbonate-bicarbonate buffer concentrate for IG dilution: 1 ampule, 1 ml
• FSB-Tx25 – 25× phosphate-saline buffer concentrate with Tween: 2 bottles, 20 ml each
• BSA – Bovine serum albumin (stabilizer): 1 bottle, 1 g
• CBR – Buffer solution with hydrogen peroxide: 1 bottle, 20 ml
• TMB – Tetramethylbenzidine chromogen concentrate: 1 bottle, 5 ml
• Polystyrene 96-well solid plates with high adsorption capacity: 2 pcs.

• IG – Immunosorbent: 1 ampule, 0.5 ml
• KA+ – Positive control sample: 1 ampule, 0.3 ml
• KA- – Negative control sample: 1 ampule, 0.3 ml

• FSB-Tx25 – 25× phosphate-saline buffer concentrate (same composition as Kit No.1): 1 bottle, 20 ml
• CBR – TMB dilution buffer (same composition as Kit No.1): 1 bottle, 12 ml
• TMB – Tetramethylbenzidine chromogen concentrate (same composition as Kit No.1): 1 bottle, 3 ml
• KBB – Carbonate-bicarbonate buffer solution for IG dilution: 1 bottle, 10 ml
• RR – Dilution solution for conjugate, KA+, KA-, and samples: 3 bottles, 20 ml each
• Stop reagent: 1 bottle, 6 ml
