This reagent kit is designed for simultaneous and separate ELISA detection of antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and HIV-1 p24 antigen. The kit includes the following components:

• D1-1 - Immunosorbent plate for simultaneous detection of HIV antibodies and p24 antigen
• D1-2 - Immunosorbent plate for separate detection of p24 antigen
• D2-1 - Positive control sample containing HIV antibodies
• D2-2 - Positive control sample containing native HIV-1 p24 antigen
• D3 - Negative control sample
• D4 - Biotinylated conjugate
• D5-1 - Streptavidin-HRP concentrate
• D5-2 - Dilution buffer for streptavidin-HRP concentrate
• D6-1 - TMB, concentrate
• D6-2 - Citrate-phosphate solution with hydrogen peroxide for chromogen
• D6 - TMB chromogen solution (alternative to D6-1 and D6-2)
• D7 - 25× concentrated wash solution (phosphate-buffered saline with Tween)
• D8 - Stop solution
