The Herpes ELISA-1,2 IgG test kit is designed for the qualitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent determination of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies to herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2 (HSV-1, HSV-2) in human serum and plasma. Manufactured in compliance with TU 21.20.23-269-98539446-2016, the kit is available in two configurations.

Configuration No. 1

Set of twelve 8-well strips with inactivated HSV-1 antigen and recombinant HSV-2 antigen – 1 pack
Negative control (no IgG to HSV-1,2) – 1 vial (2 ml)
Cut-off control (low concentration of IgG to HSV-1,2) – 1 vial (2 ml)
Positive control (high concentration of IgG to HSV-1,2) – 1 vial (2 ml)
Anti-IgG-peroxidase conjugate – 1 vial (28 ml)
Sample dilution saline – 1 vial (100 ml)
Analytical saline solution – 1 vial (45 ml)
Concentrated saline wash solution – 2 vials (50 ml each)
TMB solution – 1 vial (14 ml)
Stop reagent – 2 vials (19 ml each)
Disposable reagent trough – 2 pcs
Disposable pipette tips – 16 pcs
