Set 1: ELISA-Mumps-IgM

The ELISA-Mumps-IgM test system is intended for the detection of class M immunoglobulins to the mumps virus (type 271010). The kit includes:

• Immunosorbent
• Positive control sample (C+)
• Cut-off control sample (C+cut)
• Negative control sample (C−)
• Conjugate
• Indicator solution (IS)
• Sample dilution buffer (SDB)
• Blocking solution (BS)
• 25× concentrated wash buffer [WB(×25)]
• Stop reagent

Set 2: ELISA-Mumps-IgG

The ELISA-Mumps-IgG test system is designed for the detection and titration of class G immunoglobulins to the mumps virus (type 270870). The kit includes:

• Immunosorbent
• Positive control sample (C+)
• Cut-off control sample (C+cut)
• Negative control sample (C−)
• Conjugate
• Indicator solution (IS)
• Sample dilution buffer (SDB)
• 25× concentrated phosphate-saline buffer with Tween [PBS-T(×25)]
• Stop reagent
