The "ELISA-HBsAg" reagent kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) system designed for the qualitative detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in clinical samples. Manufactured according to TU 9388-079-14237183-2009, the kit is available in two versions:

Kit No. 1

• Immunosorbent (coated microplates) – 2 pcs
• Conjugate (x11 concentrate), liquid – 1 vial/tube, 2 ml
• Negative control sample, liquid, inactivated – 1 vial/tube, 2 ml
• Positive control sample, liquid, inactivated – 1 vial/tube, 2 ml
• Weak positive control sample, liquid, inactivated – 1 vial/tube, 2 ml
• Conjugate diluent, liquid – 1 bottle, 20 ml
• PBS-T (x25 concentrate) – phosphate-buffered saline with Tween-80 – 2 bottles, 30 ml each
• Citrate buffer (CB) – 2 bottles, 10 ml each
• TMB (x5 concentrate) – chromogen solution – 1 bottle, 5 ml
• Stop reagent – sulfuric acid solution – 1 bottle, 12 ml
