The DS-ELISA-TYROID-T3 Free reagent kit is designed for the quantitative determination of free triiodothyronine (T3) using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in accordance with TU 9398-104-05941003-2015.

Kit Components:

• Immunosorbent – detachable polystyrene plate with wells coated with antibodies to triiodothyronine (1 plate).
• Conjugate – 1 vial, 12.0 ml.
• Calibrators:
  • Calibrator 0 – 1 vial, 0.5 ml
  • Calibrator 1 – 1 vial, 0.5 ml
  • Calibrator 2 – 1 vial, 0.5 ml
  • Calibrator 3 – 1 vial, 0.5 ml
  • Calibrator 4 – 1 vial, 0.5 ml
• Control Serum (CS) – 1 vial, 0.5 ml.
