The "DS-ELISA-HIV-AGAT-SCREEN" reagent kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed for the simultaneous detection of antibodies to human immunodeficiency viruses type 1 and 2 (HIV-1 and HIV-2), HIV-1 group O, and HIV-1 p24 antigen in accordance with TU 9398-097-05941003-2016.

Kit Versions:

• Kit 1 – for 96 tests (one breakable 96-well plate), including controls.
• Kit 2 – for 192 tests (two breakable plates), including controls.
• Kit 3 – for 480 tests (five breakable plates), including controls.

Contents:

• Immunosorbent – 96-well polystyrene plate, breakable into strips, coated with synthetic antigens: gp160, gp41, p31 HIV-1, gp41 HIV-1 group O, gp36 HIV-2, and antibodies to p24 HIV-1.
• Conjugate-1 – diluted according to kit version.
• Conjugate-2 – diluted according to kit version.
• RPK-1 – diluent for Conjugate-1.
• RPK-2 – diluent for Conjugate-2.
• K+AT – positive control sample containing HIV antibodies.
• K+AG – positive control sample containing synthetic p24 HIV-1 antigen.
• K– – negative control sample.
• Wash solution.
• Stop reagent.
