The DS-ELISA-ANTI-RUBELLA-G-AVIDITY reagent kit is an enzyme immunoassay system designed to determine the avidity index of IgG antibodies to the rubella virus, in accordance with TU 9398-094-05941003-2014. The kit includes the following components:

• Immunosorbent – detachable 96-well polystyrene plate with wells coated with rubella virus antigen – 1 piece
• Conjugate – 1 vial (12.0 ml)
• K1+ – positive control, high-avidity sample – 1 vial (1.5 ml)
• K2+ – positive control, low-avidity sample – 1 vial (1.5 ml)
• PPC – solution for preliminary serum dilution
