• Elution Buffer B - 3 tubes, 5.0 ml each
• BKO-FL (Exogenous Internal Control Sample) - 1 tube, 1.0 ml
• BKO Complex - 1 tube, 1.0 ml
• OKO (Negative Control Sample) - 2 tubes, 1.2 ml each
