This diagnostic kit is designed for the detection of IgG antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii using the indirect immunofluorescence method. It is available in two kit configurations.

Kit 1 Includes:

• Toxoplasma gondii antigen on slides — 5 pcs.
• FITC-conjugated IgG — 1 vial (1.5 ml)
• Positive control (K+) — 1 vial (0.5 ml)
• Negative control (K−) — 1 vial (0.5 ml)
• Washing solution concentrate [(OR)k] — 1 vial (40 ml)
• Diluting buffer solution (RBR) — 1 vial (20 ml)
• Mounting medium — 1 vial (3.0 ml)
• Evans blue dye — 1 vial (3.0 ml)

Kit 2 Includes:

• Toxoplasma gondii antigen on slides — 10 pcs.
• FITC-conjugated IgG — 1 vial (2.8 ml)
• Positive control (K+) — 1 vial (0.5 ml)
• Negative control (K−) — 1 vial (0.5 ml)
• Washing solution concentrate [(OR)k] — 2 vials (40 ml each)
• Diluting buffer solution (RBR) — 2 vials (20 ml each)
• Mounting medium — 1 vial (3.0 ml)
• Evans blue dye — 1 vial (3.0 ml)

Accessories:

• Auxiliary plate for sample dilution — 1 pc.
