The BioScreen-WNV reagent kit is designed for the efficient detection of West Nile Virus (WNV) antigens and corresponding antibodies using the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method, in accordance with TU 9398-012-10839330-2011.

Kit Components

Immunosorbents:

Polyclonal mouse IgG antibodies against WNV
Normal mouse IgG antibodies ("AG" set) or polyclonal mouse antibodies against WNV ("G" set)
Mouse monoclonal antibodies against human IgM ("M" set)
Immobilized antibodies pre-coated in wells of 96-well microplates (detachable format)

Control Samples:

Positive control sample (K+AG) — "AG" set
Negative control sample (K–AG) — "AG" set
Positive control sample (K+G) — "G" set
Negative control sample (K–G) — "G" set
Positive control sample (K+M) — "M" set
Negative control sample (K–M) — "M" set

Conjugates:

Mouse monoclonal antibodies to human IgG Fc-fragment conjugated with horseradish peroxidase ("G" set)
