Bacillus anthracis pXO1+ DNA Detection Test System by PCR (GenSib)

This test system is designed for the detection of Bacillus anthracis pXO1+ DNA using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method, in accordance with TU 8895-007-01898109-2007.

Components:

Primers BA1: Transparent, colorless liquid containing an aqueous solution of oligonucleotide primers at 12 pmol/µl (FKUZ RosNIPCHI "Microb"); 1 tube, 0.05 ml.
Primers BA2: Transparent, colorless liquid containing an aqueous solution of oligonucleotide primers at 12 pmol/µl (FKUZ RosNIPCHI "Microb"); 1 tube, 0.05 ml.
Taq Polymerase: Transparent, colorless liquid containing thermostable recombinant DNA polymerase in buffer (InterLabService, Russia); 5 units/µl, 1 tube, 0.02 ml.
dNTPs: Transparent, colorless liquid containing an aqueous solution of deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates (dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP), each at 2 mM (Medigen, Russia); 1 tube, 0.25 ml.
DNA (Positive Control): Transparent, colorless liquid containing Bacillus anthracis STI1 DNA at 1 ng/µl (FKUZ RosNIPCHI "Microb"); 1 tube, 0.25 ml.
10x Buffer: Transparent, colorless 10-fold buffer solution, pH 8.8 ± 0.05; 1 tube, 0.25 ml.
MgCl2: Transparent, colorless magnesium chloride solution (Helikon, Russia), 1%; 1 tube, 0.1 ml.
H2O: Transparent, colorless bidistilled water; 1 tube, 1.2 ml.
Mineral Oil: Colorless viscous liquid, light white paraffin mineral oil (AppliChem, USA); 2 tubes, 1.5 ml each.
