The AmpliSens® Vibrio cholerae-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection of Vibrio cholerae DNA and identification of pathogenic strains in biological material and environmental samples using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection. The kit is produced in the FRT format and is available in three packaging options:

• Format 1: Includes the “DNA-sorb-B” kit (variant 50) and the “PCR Kit” FRT variant.
• Format 2: Includes the “PCR Kit” FRT variant only.
• Format 3: Includes bulk-packaged reagents supplied separately with labeling on each bulk container.
