AmpliSens® Shigella spp. and EIEC-EPh Reagent Kit for Detection of Shigella spp. and Enteroinvasive E.coli DNA by PCR

The AmpliSens® Shigella spp. and EIEC-EPh reagent kit is intended for the detection of Shigella spp. and enteroinvasive E.coli (EIEC) DNA in environmental and clinical samples using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with electrophoretic detection of amplification products. The kit is manufactured in accordance with TU 9398-010-01897593-2008 and is available in the following formats:

• Form 1: Includes reagent sets: “DNA-sorb-B” variant 50, “PCR Kit” variant 50 R (0.5 ml tubes), and “EF” variant 200.
• Form 2: Includes reagent sets: “DNA-sorb-B” variant 50, “PCR Kit” variant 50 R (0.2 ml tubes), and “EF” variant 200.
• Form 3: Includes reagent set: “PCR Kit” variant 50 R (0.5 ml tubes).
• Form 4: Includes reagent set: “PCR Kit” variant 50 R (0.2 ml tubes).
• Form 5: Bulk reagent sets packaged as individual components with labeling on each bulk container.
