The AmpliSens® Salmonella typhi-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection of Salmonella typhi DNA in environmental samples and clinical material using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescent detection. The kit is manufactured in accordance with TU 9398-152-01897593-2010 and is available in a single version:

• Form 1: PCR reagent set, variant FEP/FRT-50F.

The reagent kit is also supplied in two packaging options:

• Option 1: Includes the complete PCR reagent set, variant FEP/FRT-50F.
• Option 2: Contains individual reagent components packaged separately and labeled for bulk distribution.
