AmpliSens® Neisseria gonorrhoeae-FL Reagent Kit for Detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae DNA by PCR with Hybridization-Fluorescent Detection

The AmpliSens® Neisseria gonorrhoeae-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae DNA in clinical samples using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescent detection. The kit is manufactured in accordance with TU 9398-020-01897593-2009 and is available in two versions: FEP and FRT.

FEP Version

The FEP version is supplied in nine configuration forms:

Form 1: “PCR Kit” FEP variant (0.5 ml tubes).
Form 2: “PCR Kit” FEP variant (0.2 ml tubes).
Form 3: “PCR Kit” FEP 55+55 variant (0.5 ml tubes).
Form 4: “PCR Kit” FEP 55+55 variant (0.2 ml tubes).
Form 5: “PCR Kit” FEP variant (0.5 ml tubes), “DNA-sorb-AM” variant 100, “Transport Medium with Mucolytic (TSM)” 100 tubes of 0.5 ml each.
Form 6: “PCR Kit” FEP variant (0.5 ml tubes), “DNA-sorb-AM” variant 100, “Transport Medium for Swabs” 100 tubes of 0.5 ml each.
Form 7: “PCR Kit” FEP variant (0.2 ml tubes), “DNA-sorb-AM” variant 100, “Transport Medium with Mucolytic (TSM)” 100 tubes of 0.5 ml each.
Form 8: “PCR Kit” FEP variant (0.2 ml tubes), “DNA-sorb-AM” variant 100, “Transport Medium for Swabs” 100 tubes of 0.5 ml each.
Form 9: Bulk reagent sets packaged by individual components with labeling on each bulk container.

The FRT version is supplied in nine configuration forms:

Form 3: “PCR Kit” FRT-100 F variant.
Form 4: “PCR Kit” FRT F 55+55 variant.
