AmpliSens® Legionella pneumophila-FL Reagent Kit

The reagent kit is designed for the detection of Legionella pneumophila DNA in biological material and environmental samples using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method with hybridization-fluorescence detection, according to TU 9398-060-01897593-2009.

Variant FEP

The kit is available in four package configurations:

• Form 1: DNA-sorb-B kit (version 50) + PCR kit (FEP version, 0.5 ml tubes)
• Form 2: DNA-sorb-B kit (version 50) + PCR kit (FEP version, 0.2 ml tubes)
• Form 3: PCR kit (FEP version, 0.5 ml tubes)
• Form 4: PCR kit (FEP version, 0.2 ml tubes)

Variant FRT

The kit is available in two package configurations:

• Form 1: DNA-sorb-B kit (version 50) + PCR kit (Screen-Titer-FRT version)
• Form 2: PCR kit (Screen-Titer-FRT version)
