The AmpliSens® HHV6-Screen-Titer-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection and quantitative determination of Human Herpesvirus 6 (HHV6) DNA in clinical material using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection. The kit is produced in a single format (FRT) and is available in three packaging configurations:

• Format 1: Includes the “RIBO-prep” kit (variant 100) and the “PCR Kit” FRT-100 F variant.
• Format 2: Includes the “PCR Kit” FRT-100 F variant only.
• Format 3: Includes bulk-packaged reagents supplied separately with labeling on each bulk container.
