The AmpliSens® Dengue Virus type-FL reagent kit is designed for the detection and differentiation of Dengue virus (DV) RNA types 1–4 in biological material using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescence detection, in accordance with TU 9398-219-01897593-2012. The kit is available in four packaging formats:

• Format 1: Includes the “PCR Kit” FRT-50 F variant.
• Format 2: Includes the “RIBO-prep” kit (variant 50) and the “PCR Kit” FRT-50 F variant.
• Format 3: Includes the “MAGNO-sorb” kit (variant 100–1000) and two “PCR Kits” FRT-50 F variant.
• Format 4: Includes bulk-packaged reagents supplied separately with labeling on each bulk container.
