Overview: The Amplisens® Chlamydia trachomatis-A, B, C-FL reagent kit is designed for the qualitative detection of Chlamydia trachomatis DNA of serovars (types) A, B, and C in clinical samples. The assay utilizes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization–fluorescent detection and is manufactured in compliance with TU 9398-194-01897593-2012.
